ClearCorrect or Invisalign — Which Is Right for You?

Both are leading clear aligner systems and both can give you a straighter smile discreetly. The right choice depends on your case, not the price. As a general guide:

ClearCorrect

Invisalign

May be recommended for certain more complex movements or where specific features suit your case.

The honest answer for your teeth comes from your assessment — that's the only way to know for sure. We're a provider of both, so our recommendation is based on what's right for you.

Cost: from £2,400, confirmed at your assessment.

ClearCorrect — Your Questions Answered

Honest answers to the questions patients ask most before starting treatment.

Does ClearCorrect hurt?

No — most people describe it as mild pressure, not pain, for a day or two each time you move to a new set of aligners. That feeling means the aligners are working, and it settles quickly.

How long does treatment take?

Most cases take 6–18 months. Simple crowding or spacing can be 6–10 months; more complex movements take longer. Your dentist gives you an estimated timeline at your assessment.

How many hours a day do I wear the aligners?

Around 20–22 hours a day — essentially all the time except when eating, drinking anything other than water, and cleaning your teeth. Consistent wear is the single biggest factor in getting the result on schedule.

Can I eat and drink with them in?

Take them out to eat and to drink anything other than plain water, then clean your teeth before putting them back in. This protects the aligners from staining and keeps your teeth healthy during treatment.

ClearCorrect or Invisalign — which is better for me?

Neither is universally better — the right system depends on your case, not the price. ClearCorrect suits many crowding, spacing, mild-bite and relapse cases; Invisalign may be recommended for certain more complex movements. As a provider of both, we recommend whichever genuinely fits your teeth and goals, and explain why.

What happens after treatment — will my teeth move back?

You'll wear retainers to hold your new smile in place. Teeth naturally tend to drift over time, so retainers (usually worn at night) are how you keep the result long-term. We'll explain your retainer options before treatment ends.

Am I a suitable case?

Most people seeking straighter teeth are suitable, but the only way to know for sure is an assessment. ClearCorrect works very well for crowding, spacing, mild bite issues and relapse; your dentist will confirm suitability and flag if another approach would serve you better.

How much does ClearCorrect cost?

From £2,400, with your exact fee confirmed at your assessment once your case is assessed. Payment plans are available. We price on your treatment, not as a discount against another brand.
